At PrimeTime TV, we understand the importance of testing our service before making a long-term commitment. That’s why we do not offer any free trials; instead, we provide a 24-hour trial period along with a 1-month subscription option so you can thoroughly check our service, explore our channel list, and ensure it meets your expectations.

Our service is a digital download, and we highly recommend utilizing the 24-hour trial or the 1-month subscription to fully understand what you are getting before purchasing longer packages. Please note that due to the nature of digital goods, no refunds will be issued after the trial period has ended or once the service files have been delivered to you.

Exceptions are only made in extraordinary situations, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. For instance, if our server goes down and we are unable to restore it within 7 working days (excluding weekends and holidays), we will process a refund. Please note that depending on your payment method (Crypto or Card), refunds may take up to or more than 14 working days to reflect in your account.
