PrimeTime TV operates under a strict no-refund policy. Because we offer a comprehensive 24-hour trial window to evaluate our product quality beforehand, all sales are final once service files are delivered. If a persistent technical issue does occur, our team will work diligently to switch your server or assist you as much as possible to fix it.
For our valued resellers, in case your retail customer requests a refund from us, please be advised that we cannot issue a refund due to our strict company policy. However, the PrimeTime TV team will try their best to look into and troubleshoot the underlying issue. Our approach to a solution depends on the severity of the problem, as we constantly aim to provide the best possible support.
