PrimeTime TV provides an online video streaming service that allows clients to browse a distinct lineup of live and on-demand programs. Consequently, by accessing or using any of the PrimeTime TV services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms:

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We may, at any time and at our sole discretion, adjust these Terms and Conditions of Use, including our Privacy Policy, with or without notice to the client. Any such modification will be effective instantly upon public posting. Your continued use of our service and this site following any such modification constitutes your acknowledgment of these updated terms.

1. Minimum age Requirement

In order to become a member and utilize our services, you must be 18 years of age or older.

2. Usage & Service Terms

You may not, either directly or through the use of any device, software, website, web-based service, or other means, re-stream, distribute, broadcast, or transmit the content.

3. Trials, Subscriptions, and Refund Policy

  • Trial & Testing Options: We provide a 24-hour trial and a 1-month subscription option to allow clients to thoroughly test the service, server quality, and channel list before committing to longer packages.

  • No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our goods, no refunds will be issued after the 24-hour trial period has ended or once the service subscription has been fully activated.

  • Server Downtime Exceptions: A refund will only be considered if our servers experience an unscheduled outage and we are unable to restore service within 7 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). Approved refunds may take up to or more than 14 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method (Crypto or Card).

4. Quality of Streams

A perfect viewing experience relies entirely upon your network access and device capabilities. Performance elements will be based on your location, internet capacity, the number of devices connected to the same network, the content you have chosen, and the configuration of the device you are using. Subsequently, PrimeTime TV cannot make any guarantees about the content in these regards. Please note that sharing a subscription will result in permanent suspension or a device ban.

5. Internet Service & Data Usage

You are solely responsible for any expenses related to your network access used to get into our services.

6. Sharing a Subscription

Sharing a subscription is not permitted. You can only have 1 active stream running at any given time. However, by purchasing extra connections or subscriptions, you can watch on multiple devices simultaneously.

7. Purchase Details

In order to make a purchase, you will need to follow the ordering procedures described through the service. Pricing details for products and the procedures for payment and delivery are displayed via the service and are subject to change without notice.

8. Suspension & Downtime

In alignment with our rights to terminate or suspend your access outlined above, you acknowledge that your access and usage of the services might be suspended for the duration of any sudden or unscheduled downtime or unavailability of any portion or all of the services for any reason.

All correspondence and notices to be made or offered under this agreement must be in the English language. We maintain all authority to instantly terminate or limit your use of the services or access to content at any time, without notice or liability, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have breached these terms or disregarded any law, rule, or regulation.
